This was a good effort with no stopping. Tomorrow will be my 5 mile run which I would like to do in 49 mins with ease
Welcome to my running blog. I had been running on and off since 2003, completing 13 half marathons and 6 marathons in an 8 year period. Then, in fall 2011, I just...stopped running. Since then my weight has by increased by 35 pounds, and my waist circumference has gone up by 6 inches. In early 2017, I decided to start running again, and revive this blog. My objective is to be healthy again Enjoy reading my updates, and feel free to post comments!!
