Treadmill intervals

2% incline; 3.5mph walking warm up, then 3 mins at 7.5, 7.6, 7.7, 7.8, 7.9 with 2 mins of 3.5 mph in between, then 1 minute each of 8.0, 8.5, 9.0 mph with 1:30 in between.
