Weight 229. Well, I ran (if you can call it that) about 5 miles on Sunday. I was huffing and puffing the whole way…it was ugly and it felt bad…but I have the bug again, and will be increasing my running as a result…Shamrock Marathon 2007 is in 15 weeks and I am WAAAAY out of shape…but I will be ready at the starting line. My goal this time is 4:30, which would be a 45 min improvement over Shamrock Marathon 2006…challenging but possible if I remain dedicated and injury-free.
I will be doing more cross training and pace development this training cycle…let me know if you want to see my training plan…
