Welcome to my running blog. I had been running on and off since 2003, completing 13 half marathons and 6 marathons in an 8 year period. Then, in fall 2011, I just...stopped running. Since then my weight has by increased by 35 pounds, and my waist circumference has gone up by 6 inches. In early 2017, I decided to start running again, and revive this blog. My objective is to be healthy again Enjoy reading my updates, and feel free to post comments!!

Nice ads to the blog, i.e your new lists. Also, no running when over 90! Dangerous.
