i decided to go out and do a few miles at a moderate pace. My time was 28: something and it felt okay. I will do another 4 on Saturday and 5 on Sunday.
With 16 weeks to go for the Shamrock Marathon there is some time to build up some mileage.
It feels good to be running again...this time I want to focus on cadence and stride length in this cycle...
