Weight: 219.5 pounds. I had planned on running/walking 10 miles today (with a completion goal of 1:50:00, or about 11 min per mile), but it is too cold outside with wind chills in the single digits. this could derail my preparation for the Norfolk Half marathon in 4 weeks...I needed these 10 miles to build my endurance...oh well, maybe tomorrow will be a better day.
