End of 2019 weight gain

Well, I lost some weight earlier in the year down to 225. but then kinda lost it after Thanksgiving and am now up to 232.  Still not 242 like last year but not where I want to be.  I think I lost my momentum when my knee got injured in a 4 mile run a few weeks back.  Maybe running is in my past...I hope not...

Almost 50 and trying to start again

As I look back at my posts, it seems I am frequently “starting over” or “getting back into it” and I fail to keep it going. I think now the focus for me should be to make lifestyle changes that are changes that can be sustained. This push and pull on and off yo yo method is not good in the long term. Pressure and cholesterol are high and this cannot continue this way. Anyway. 232 weight. Just did 3.6 miles in 37:50
