Starting over (again) at 48!

A month ago, I was at 238.  Since then, I have started a little weight training and of course some running.  On April 14 I did a 5K in 34:20, a few 3 mike runs since then. 
 
This morning I did 3 miles last n 31:35, which is my best 3 miler in a couple years.

This morning I was 232.  My weight loss is not as fast as it could be, but I know it is due to poor eating and sleeping habits.  I will need to make adjustments.
