Getting back into it

I have done 2 right and according to plan. If I can do 4 in a row, then it might be the start of something good. Thu 3/9 2.4 miles in 30 minutes Sun 3/12 3.33 miles in 40 minutes Plan is to do about 2 on Tuesday and 3 on Thursday coming up.
