4 miles in 40:11

I was really trying to break the 10 min pace barrier, but I guess my conditioning would not allow it. It was still a good run though because I maintained a decent pace throughout. My cadence and pace awareness are off but I think they will return wth increeased running frequency.

5 miles are on plan this Sunday.

3.3 miles (5 times around loop)

I ran around the loops while the kids rode their bicycles with me. This is turning into a good way for me to spend some time with the children while exercising. I will be running 4 on Friday.

4 miles in neighborhood

Tonight I ran 6 laps in the neighborhood at slow pace, although i did try to increase the pace for the last lap. My plan is to do 3 miles on Tuesday, 4 on Wednesday, 3 on Friday and 6 next Sunday.

My right knee feels a little achy, but I hope it will get better as I increase my run.
